LavalQc.com respects intellectual property and copyright. We want visitors and users of our services and products to do the same. However, you may discover material that may be protected by the intellectual property and copyright laws of Canada, France (or even other countries) when you visit LavalQc.com and links to other websites. We are not responsible for content that is hosted on sites that are not owned by us. Even LavalQc.com takes care to check the links included in the comments of visitors the sites to which they lead can be changed by their owners over the years.

- a personal statement that clearly demonstrates that you firmly and in good faith believe that the author of the infringing material and the owner of the copyright and intellectual property does not authorize and/or has not authorized the use of the material in question;
- a statement by your person that the information sent is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent of the owner or the owner of the material protected by copyright and intellectual property laws;
- the current signature of the holder of the infringing material in question, and;
- the current signature of a witness who has reached the age of majority, his name, telephone number, email address, and civic address.
PERMISSIONS
To use any of our trademarks, logo, and/or any other material, product, or intellectual property of LavalQc.com you are required to send a request to this effect and obtain our consent to do so.
